Ready-to-Ship Products

Products marked as Ready to Ship are available in stock.

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 working days of order confirmation.
• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier partner.
• You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

Made-to-Order Products

Some of our handmade creations are crafted only after an order is placed.

• If a product is currently out of stock, you can submit a Request to Make request.
• Once your request is accepted, the product will be handcrafted especially for you.
• Made-to-order items generally require 10–15 working days for crafting, packing, and delivery.
• As each piece is handmade, slight variations in completion time may occur. We appreciate your patience while we create something special just for you.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
• Any promotional free shipping offers will be applied automatically where eligible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, courier network disruptions, or remote delivery locations. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
